Coordinated Opioid Recovery (CORE) Program

Overview

JFRD’s CORE Program is dedicated to supporting individuals suffering from opioid use disorder by removing barriers to seeking care and guiding them on their road to recovery. JFRD’s CORE Program helps individuals navigate their recovery journey with medication-assisted therapy.

CORE sealIn addition, our program provides a range of services aimed at offering emotional support, facilitating transportation to treatment centers, assisting with pharmacy runs for withdrawal-reducing medications, conducting regular check-ins, and providing unconditional acceptance, regard, and respect through a harm reduction approach. JFRD’s CORE Program can also help connect patients to wraparound services to address both their medical and dental needs.

Objectives

  • To support individuals suffering from opioid use disorder in accessing and engaging with care
  • To assist individuals in their recovery journey through medication-assisted therapy
  • To provide emotional support and guidance throughout the recovery process
  • To remove barriers to treatment by offering transportation services and pharmacy runs
  • To act as a liaison between treatment facilities and other healthcare providers
  • To promote a harm reduction approach with unconditional acceptance and respect
  • To provide wraparound services for medical and dental assistance
