Kevin Jones, Fire Prevention Division
Chief Kevin Jones is Jacksonville's Fire Marshal and leads the Fire Prevention Division. He joined JFRD in 1991
Kevin Jones has 16 years of experience in the application of state fire codes and has moved through the ranks of firefighter to fire district chief, before his appointment to chief in July 2013. Jones is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor of science degree in political science, and minors in business administration and criminal justice.
